2. Customer documents and product accounts
The KYB documents agent is a separate service. Its sign-in, document handling and 24-hour retention are summarised in Security Information. Review its product-specific disclosures before creating an account or submitting documents.
Before an Aire agent deployment processes personal data on your organisation's behalf, the parties need to establish the applicable data processing arrangements separately in writing. That includes processing instructions, data categories, safeguards, providers, overseas transfers, incident assistance and return or deletion requirements.
3. Discuss your requirements
Contact henry@aireone.io to discuss the arrangements for your deployment. Do not send customer documents or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry. A website statement does not establish a signed processing agreement, certification or particular data residency commitment.
